R664 GGE - Mini Cooper

Ian Sneddon came to us with his 1997 Mini Cooper suffering from a rather rusty front end.

The work involved removing all the front end panels, cutting out any bad rust that was exposed and dressing the old metal ready for the new panels to be welded in place. A new scuttle panel was also fitted as the old one had gone too far.

The panels were then fully primed before finally it was resprayed to match the rest of the car with all the problem areas being treated with a coat of wax oil. It was then built back up again and given a good valet to finish it off.

I think you'll agree it was worth the effort!
